Caunce O'Hara are a major Insurance Broker, based in the heart of Manchester they supply broking services to the whole of the UK. The client base is 99% corporate customers, with their turnovers ranging from £50k to well over £500m so with this elite status and large customer base it was imperative that the website was designed and built to perform at a very high level.
HarperJames have designed, built and implemented a customised CMS solution that allows the user' complete access at all levels to all parts of their site so the website can change rapidly as the markets change. We have developed a reporting structure that can rival the best solutions around, although ours is integrated into the website system so all stats are available, at the press of a button.
Not only have COH experienced a complete redesign from HJ, we have also developed and re-designed how the client insurance quoting feature works which has been a major improvement to the site not just for the customer front end and their user experience, but from the back end system as the performance figures are soaring as the traffic increases through this quoting system
